2.3 Verification. tgjl reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or play at tgjl: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of tgjl and its affiliated companies; (c) persons who have self-excluded from tgjl or any affiliated platform; (d) persons who have been identified as problem gamblers by tgjl's responsible gaming systems.
Age Restriction: tgjl takes the 21+ age requirement seriously. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned (excluding any winnings), and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the tgjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances or winnings in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. tgjl reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tgjl username and password. You agree to: (a) choose a strong, unique password; (b) not share your login credentials with any third party; (c) notify tgjl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account; and (d) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared devices.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your tgjl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. tgjl accounts are non-transferable.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. tgjl reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts, provided that the account balance does not fall below zero. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the tgjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where amounts are displayed in other currencies, these are for reference only and the PHP equivalent will apply.
4.2 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount at tgjl is ₱100. tgjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Deposits are generally credited to your tgjl account within minutes of successful processing. tgjl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. tgjl aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. tgjl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit. tgjl reserves the right to use an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.
4.5 Source of Funds. tgjl may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.
tgjl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name on your tgjl account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 tgjl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal can be made. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements – slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. tgjl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system. 5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. tgjl is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
5.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where they have been converted to real money through the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet. tgjl is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tgjl Platform:

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tgjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 tgjl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tgjl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 tgjl does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions; (b) the Platform will be free from errors or viruses; (c) any specific game outcome will occur.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tgjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Gambling involves financial risk. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. tgjl is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform beyond the limitations set out in these Terms.

12.2 Termination by tgjl. tgjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) tgjl is required to do so by law or regulation; (c) tgjl reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) tgjl decides to discontinue the Platform or any part of it.
12.3 Upon termination of your account by tgjl for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and tgjl's internal procedures.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
13.4 tgjl's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, account status, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
14.1 tgjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tgjl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the tgjl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
